We have mainstreamed corporate social responsibility into our operations and chooses to holistically develop our employees. Some of our initiatives are planting 1000+ trees a year, providing safe drinking water, on-premises medical and transport facilities for staff and family and daycare centers which have certified childcare givers for working mothers. We also organize wellbeing training sessions focused on financial literacy and nutrition of our employees as a regular practice. We are determined to invest in our people. Along with the support from the International Labor Organization (ILO), we have jointly developed a wage management system called the Fair Wage Method to address wage disparity challenges in the global garment manufacturing sector. We do not see these works just as corporate social responsibility but as a way to develop the community and the larger global sector.
